The Bible teaches that God the Father anointed Jesus to heal (Acts 10:38) The Lord Jesus tells us that as the Father sent Jesus to minister, Jesus sends us to minister (John 17:18) That would have to mean that we would also be anointed by the Holy Spirit to heal just like Jesus did.
