Pastor Barry's "Chapter & Verse" Day 43
Pastor Barry's "Chapter & Verse" Day 43
February 12; Revelation 15:3; 253/260(III); ‘Songs of Victory’
Revelation 15:3 They sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying: "Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the saints!
There is an incredible time of worship going on in heaven. The end of the great tribulation has almost come. Though tremendous persecution by the antichrist and his forces have caused multitudes of believers to be martyred, they are all now safe in heaven, giving glory to the Lord. The Old Testament saints had sung the song of Moses when they crossed the Red Sea, after leaving Egypt. Egypt was a type of life without the Lord. Crossing the Red Sea was a type of salvation and baptism as they were on their way to the blessings of Canaan land. Canaan land was a type of the blessings God’s people have when they become born again. The song of the Lamb is the triumphal song of the ultimate victory of the Lord Jesus Christ over the devil and the demonic forces including the antichrist. Jesus is Lord and Revelation as every other Book of the Bible is about Him. Very soon the antichrist and his unholy, demonic accomplices will be thrown into the lake of fire. Satan himself will be bound for one thousand years, the period of time we call the Millennium. The Lord Jesus and the believers who have faithfully fulfilled His will for our lives will rule on the earth for that one thousand years. The curse will be removed and the earth will enjoy peace with Jesus ruling and reigning. It is so important that we all see and know that in spite of the severe challenges of the great tribulation, Jesus Christ is, was and always will be the King of kings and Lord of lords. If you are a Christian you are on the winning team. I pray you are.
