November 15;      Galatians 3:26;       165/260(III);        ‘Sons of God’

Galatians 3:26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.

The Bible is very clear, a human being’s spirit will go to heaven one way, when they die physically.  That way is by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His redemptive work for humanity.  Often you hear someone say there are many ways to God.  That is an absolute lie.  The devil does all he can to deceive people, so that they believe that there being only one way to heaven, is narrow minded.  Of course satan does this.  He does not want anyone to go to heaven and does all he can to have as many as he can believe what is contrary to biblical truth.  Verse 28 teaches that there is neither Jew nor gentile, servant nor free, male nor female.  In other words, God’s Word clearly teaches that everyone, whoever they are, goes to heaven the same way, through faith in Jesus Christ.  Think of everything the Father did for us.  The Bible, whose Author is God the Holy Spirit, inspired about 37 men to write the 66 books of the Bible.  The books had to be accepted by a governing group of ministers, collated and put together until we had the ‘finished product.’  The Lord Jesus Christ, forever in eternity past with the Father, had to agree to come to earth after He ‘took off’ His deity and minister on the earth as a Man anointed by the Holy Spirit.  God the Son, Creator of everything, died a criminal’s death to open the door for our salvation.  No one would love you nor do for you what Jesus willingly did.  Eternal life comes but one way, though faith is Jesus Christ.
