Pastor Barry's  "Chapter & Verse"  Day 148

May 28;    Revelation 15:1;    148/260(II);    ‘The Wrath of God’

Revelation 15:1 Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God is complete.

Before the battle of Armageddon, the Lord Jesus pours out His wrath on the forces of the anti-Christ and those who have not yet repented, but can.  Right up until the battle of Armageddon, those who have not yet accepted Jesus as their Lord are able to. In spite of the pain inflicted by some of the plagues, those who have taken the mark of the beast and many who have not, but are still unsaved, curse the Lord and will not repent.  There have been many martyrs, who gave their life rather than take the mark of the beast.  They are now in heaven worshipping the Lord.  A few moments of pain and and these martyrs are in eternity with Jesus.  The lost and those who forever will be separated from Jesus because they took the mark of the beast are a different story.  The plagues these angels release cause incredible affliction.  Those who still can be saved must decide.  The misery they will be experiencing is nothing compared to being eternally separated from the Lord Jesus.  We must remember that this is the revelation of Jesus Christ and He is in control.  The grace and mercy of the Lord will help those who accept Jesus during the tribulation survive or be martyred.  Then forever they will be with their Lord and Savior.  Jesus wants everyone to accept Him and will never stop giving the lost an opportunity to become Born Again.  The end is quickly coming for the anti-Christ and his forces.  Jesus Christ is Lord and is the eternal Victor.
