Pastor Barry's  "Chapter & Verse"  Day 253

September 10, 2017:       Revelation 15:2;       253/260(I);       ‘Getting Ready For Action’

Revelation 15:2 And I saw what looked like a sea of glass mixed with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and his image and over the number of his name. They held harps given them by God   NIV

Now, in front of the throne of God, are everyone who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior to this point.  The antichrist and his forces have persecuted everyone who have not taken the mark of the beast and martyred most of them.  The Lord Jesus Christ is about to unleash the seven last plagues on the antichrist forces.  He will very soon destroy the devil’s religious system and the economic world system.  Make no mistake, the Lord Jesus is in complete control.  There is still time for people to be saved, but by now most of the lost have hearts incredibly hardened to the things of God.  They have seen the 144 thousand Jewish evangelists preaching, the ministry, murder and resurrection of the two witnesses, they have heard the three angels preaching and warning the lost.  Incredible destruction has been unleashed by the power of the Lord and still those who have rejected Jesus remain immoveable.  The sea of glass are the church, the 144 thousand Jewish evangelists who were raptured into heaven and now standing beside them are the tribulation martyrs.  The Christians represented by glass are mixed with fire.  From heaven they have witnessed the incredible time on earth and they look forward to the final victory of the Lord Jesus at the battle of Armageddon.  Those martyred during the tribulation have harps.  They are doing what they never did before, they are worshipping the Lord who saved and rescued them.  The stage is set, the seven last plagues will soon be poured out.  The Lord has no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but has done all He can to reach them to no avail.
